Dominus Tavares is helping to transform the lives of youth in communities in Boston. Having a challenging upbringing himself, he is able to relate and connect with young people to help them build their potential and see beyond their current surroundings. Dominus is a part of the Violence Interrupters program through the Boston Centers for Youth and Families, an initiative that has become a comprehensive and city-wide approach to prevent violence, promote development and provide opportunities in education and employment.
